This is a project I had left “for later” and this week the muse asked for needle and scissors – yes, just when I should be making jewelry for commissions, finishing my tattoo design book and so many other things I really should do, the muse comes and wants this finished NOW. Well I am an obedient crafter as you can see!
This series of Waldorf-style doll will be, as all my dolls, completely handsewn and one of a kind. You can see each body is needle sculpted completely before dressing the dolls, which measure about 10 cm/3,5 inches tall. None of them is still finished but I thought you’d like the eye candy!
I know exactly what you mean about getting inspiration and pushing everything else to the side. Those little fairies are cute!

I have lots of seed beads I used ages ago when I started out and now they just sit there. You make such beautiful things with them I’ll just have to send them to you!
