I completely agree, dear Tana! But, as a business, we have to offer every single option our customers want to use to contact us. As much as I dislike it, our customers use it a lot.
I know, I do exactly the same (it annoys me, that I have to, but as you say business requires it) – talking of it: have you checked out G+ already? That’s so nice in handling.

I keep hearing about Pagan Place, but haven’t been there yet. I’m afraid I don’t have time to go to another online community and I would get sucked in.
